ATI Performance Products is proud to introduce the 356T6 cast
aluminum SuperCase; a new high performance SFI certified Powerglide
transmission case, bellhousing, and tailhousing. Developed
to eliminate all weak points found in the original Powerglide
case, the rugged SuperCase and bellhousing are SFI approved
for competition, and feature a steel safety inner liner that
weighs only 29 ounces—eliminating the need for any external
shields. In addition, the SuperCase features a removable bellhousing
that bolts directly to the case instead of using the pump
bolt locations, and has been engineered to accept all internal
Powerglide components.
ATI will be paying contingency awards on the SuperCase at
IHRA National Events in 2005, and at NHRA Nationals in 2006.
The SuperCase is now available for the Chevrolet pattern
bellhousing applications, but future SuperCase bellhousings
will include the small and big block Ford, the small and big
block Chrysler, GM, Buick, Pontiac, Oldsmobile and Toyota.
